Daughter loves this chair. It fits her body. The only drawback, is after so long a time, it peels.

The chair is very comfortable and functional. Simple look with the black color makes it a great addition for my office space.

Chair is very comfortable! Only down side is that during shipment the accordion style knob at the bottom was messed up. Would buy again!

The chair is fantastic. Super cushy, perfect size and beautiful. Was so easy to put together that I think I am getting another one for my home desk.

Just assembled it—which was very easy and needed only the provided tools. Comfortable and good quality (as of day 1).

Assembly didn't take too long and the chair is really comfortable. Height adjustment is smooth and easy. Glad I purchased this chair.

A few minor imperfections-a bit of a pain to assemble but once together everything works and is so comfy!

The sure stability and ergonomic styling of the Serta office chair is as wonderful as its reasonable price point.

Ridiculous that you have to register this product with your phone I almost took it back just for that reason too new for review good price

Just assembled and starting using but so far it's very comfortable. Was easy to assemble, price was great.
