Nice and comfortable

Great at first, 6 mo later, not so good. Arms are made with this thin fake leather that has split with time. So when I put my arms on the rest, it's is sharp/scratchy, not comfortable and distracting. Actual seat is still firm and comfortable. The chair itself wobbles a bit but didn't when I first got it.

This is a bad chair. Dont buy it. The arms go bad. Its not leather and also not strong material for day to day use. The supplier is True Innovations and they won't help get the replacement part. They said to pay to get the part and also they don't have the same color. They should replace the whole chair if they don't have the part. The chair was purchased by my grandmother from Sams Club and gifted to me. True Innovations now want the receipt. My Grandmother is dead and I don't have the receipt so I guess I am out of luck.

I usually don't leave reviews, but some may need to be informed BEFORE buying this chair. IF you use this chair 8+ hours per day, don't expect it to last past 6 months. Upholstery coming off, chair leans to the left AND leans forward (almost feel like you're going to slide out of the front of the chair). There is NO way to adjust. It went to crap 6 months after purchase. Worst office chair I've EVER wasted my money on.....

This chair is more comfortable than my last one which had suddenly collapsed, for 3 reasons: it is more cushiony, the back extends up far enough to be a headrest, and the seat length is adequate (unlike my last chair, which had an adjustable seat that always wound up with the shortest seat position, no matter how many times I extended it). And the price was good. I just got it, so I can't say how long it will last, but if it lasts as long as my last one, I'd buy it again.

Dont waste your money. They cut corners. this chair used to be better, for the same price. They chopped out here and there to save money. The bottom portion is so short, that half your legs feel like they are dangling off, almost like your sliding off. Why couldnt they have made the bottom part 4-8 inches longer for a more comfortable seat. Thats my main issue with the chair. I will be returning this asap. I would have spent more on the chair if they had just left the bottom part alone or made it longer. I used to buy these all the time and I dont remember this issue, ever. Literally half my leg is hanging off the edge, slanted down so its not comfortable to sit in.

This is a well made quality chair. BUT put together it’s huge. The arms which are integral to its stability make it near impossible to push under a table or desk. If it’s lowered completely it will partially fit. The big problem for me is the pitch of the seat. It angles down in front which makes me constantly scooting back in. Problem could just be me. I’m a 5’ 4” senior woman weighing 175 with short legs. The seat itself is just way too wide. Another problem for me is the seat gets too warm. I’ve been using a ventilated car seat thin cushion which helps. BUT it is a very nice chair; no complaint on the quality. I’m going to return; just way too big.

I work from home 40+ hours a week and I am a fit but 6ft tall, 230lbs. Chair was great for the first 18 months. Then the arm broke off entirely and the seat stiching tore so much the padding came out. This happened both the same week. My previous chair lasted almost 8 years not less than 2. The quality seemed great at first but I am not confident this isn't just an overall long term quality issue.

I've had this chair for about two years now. In the first year the fake leather cracked around the armrests and I returned it for another one. The second chair did hte exact same thing in the first year of owning that chair and I could not get Sam's Club to take it back. I'm now on year 2 of this same chair and the base seating area is also having the same issue. I cannot for the life of me figure out why there are so many positive reviews. These chairs should be banned as e-waste because they do not last very long and have to go to the landfill. Terrible, terrible, terrible quality. Run do not walk away from this chair!

Chair is pretty comfortable but like other reviewers the quality is incredibly substandard. I've had the chair since September and a few weeks ago I noticed that it was coming apart at the seam of the top of the seat cushion. I wanted this chair to last so from the day I purchased it I have kept a rotating cover over the chair. I've used a blanket or a sheet every day to cover the chair. I was shocked to see that despite the care I've taken the chair is already falling apart.
