Run away from this chair!

I've had this chair for about two years now. In the first year the fake leather cracked around the armrests and I returned it for another one. The second chair did hte exact same thing in the first year of owning that chair and I could not get Sam's Club to take it back. I'm now on year 2 of this same chair and the base seating area is also having the same issue. I cannot for the life of me figure out why there are so many positive reviews. These chairs should be banned as e-waste because they do not last very long and have to go to the landfill. Terrible, terrible, terrible quality. Run do not walk away from this chair!

They cut corners at your expense

Dont waste your money. They cut corners. this chair used to be better, for the same price. They chopped out here and there to save money. The bottom portion is so short, that half your legs feel like they are dangling off, almost like your sliding off. Why couldnt they have made the bottom part 4-8 inches longer for a more comfortable seat. Thats my main issue with the chair. I will be returning this asap. I would have spent more on the chair if they had just left the bottom part alone or made it longer. I used to buy these all the time and I dont remember this issue, ever. Literally half my leg is hanging off the edge, slanted down so its not comfortable to sit in.

Short seat

I have the older version of this chair and it was comfortable but falling apart after several years, so i was going to replace it with the newer version, however, the seat depth is a few inches shorter than the previous version and it made the seat too uncomfortable to keep. I like having more of my legs supported by a chair and thats not the case with this one. There was plenty of padding so that part was fine, but i couldnt stand how short the seat section was so i returned it. If you're making it through this life with less vertical reach than others, this could be the chair for you and if so, i hope you and this chair will stay together as long as possible and have lots of cherished memories together. As for me and my average height, it didnt work out and we went our separate ways. Amd if you're average height or more, I'd suggest you swipe to the next chair to save yourself some grief.

Stitching split in 4 months

And the return policy is only 90 days. I am by no means overweight and have never had a chair before where the seam just split open on the chair pad like this.in my life. Usually I only need to replace when they look worn down. Must be poor reinforcement stitching. The foam was all the way out and it just clear popped open wide.

Bad Chair, Arm rips

This is a bad chair. Dont buy it. The arms go bad. Its not leather and also not strong material for day to day use. The supplier is True Innovations and they won't help get the replacement part. They said to pay to get the part and also they don't have the same color. They should replace the whole chair if they don't have the part. The chair was purchased by my grandmother from Sams Club and gifted to me. True Innovations now want the receipt. My Grandmother is dead and I don't have the receipt so I guess I am out of luck.

Cheap material that splits and frays very fast

I bought two of these chairs and they lasted less than a year of work-from-home use before the cushions completely fell apart. And the only resolution was for me to basically pay the cost of a new cushion which was about half of the total cost of the chair.

Stitching on seat came apart

I purchased two of these chairs for each of my daughters this school year, as they are virtual students. The stitching on the seats have come apart after only 3 months of daily use, even with the use of seat covers (which were installed the day we assembled them). Their ages are 9 and 11, both are under 100 pounds. There is absolutely no excuse for the quality of these chairs to be this poor. I would not recommend these chairs.

Okay, but padded arm covering cracking after 6 mth

I bought this six months ago and it is a nice and comfortable chair. Unfortunately, after six months of light to moderate use, the material on the padded arms is already cracking. I assume it will continue to do so and will become too unsightly to keep before too long - because of that, I am thinking I will be returning it.

Great at first, 6 mo later, not so good

Great at first, 6 mo later, not so good. Arms are made with this thin fake leather that has split with time. So when I put my arms on the rest, it's is sharp/scratchy, not comfortable and distracting. Actual seat is still firm and comfortable. The chair itself wobbles a bit but didn't when I first got it.
