This chair is great! We use it for our desk and also when we game & it helps our backs so much!! We are so happy with this purchase and are considering buying a second chair

I had to take the arms off and the bottom plate off because I had them backward the first time. One of the screws stripped out but I was able to secure it for now.

Quality material is why I rated it at 4. Would have been higher, but the chair sits a little forward. Get what you pay for version, there aren’t any levers to adjust it. All in all, good chair. Would buy again.

This was very easy to put together with the included tools. It’s only been a few days, but it’s much more comfortable than the chair this one replaced.

The box was very hard to open Also the instructions for fixing the back is to the seat is not correct If you lay down the back on the seat the bottom hole doesn’t align

It's a great chair. Comfortable and affordable. One issue, the seat was labled incorrectly, so when I put the adjuster on it would not tilt. I took off the adjuster, turned it around and now works as it is supposed to work.

Sturdy chair! Very comfortable! Great support in the seat! I use mine for hour long meditations to sit upright! Part of the reason I got it, my old chair would start making me sore after about 30 minutes! This one is great!

easy online shopping, the app wasn't working but I was helped at pick up. Product was easy to put together but there was a small defect in the back of the chair.

Good quality chair, has decent functionality and the style is good. Straightforward assembly. Will have to use a bit longer to make a decision on the comfort and durability, but at the moment it seems pretty good.

It is very hard to find my body a chair that actually fits my needs but Serta has done it!!! I don't think I will ever buy another chair but this one.
