Best chair you can find anywhere for the price. I prefer high back chairs but this one is a "Serta" and is very comfortable. So pleased with the chair I now own three total (Office, Home office, Wife's craft room)

Great chair for the price. Cons: The chair will not tilt backwards, although we followed the instructions. The seat part makes it feel as though I'm slipping forward. Also, the seat feels uneven. I don't work at the computer all day, therefore I will keep it. If Serta would instruct how to get it to tilt, I would appreciate it, even though that doesn't even out the cushion.

I don’t Rea have an office but I do have a desktop computer and this chair is very comfortable. It makes working at the computer more bearable. The only fault would be that it could have a taller back so when tilting back a person can rest their head.

Overall, for the price, the chair is by no means bad, but it simply does not work for me. I can possibly see this chair working for someone on the smaller and shorter side. When fully sitting in the chair and leaning back, it is a great chair with no complaints. However, the reality is that I spend maybe 10% of the time in the chair in that position, mainly when watching a video or something that does not require me to be active on the computer. When sitting in the chair upright, it feels like the chair is angled downward and I have to catch myself and hold my self with my feet, possibly due to the overly cushioned front. Also, my body is quite wide, and I can't always spread my legs out the way I'd like due to the armrests. This wouldn't have been an issue if they were actually adjustable, but you can't even get rid of them because they're integral to the structure of the back piece, because the bolts lock the armrests and back piece together for stability. Will be returning.

I just finished putting this office chair together and assembly was a breeze - well machined parts, wrapped with care, and well written, easy to follow instructions. The chair itself feels comfortable sitting in it right now, although I suspect the seat may begin to feel a little hard after a full day’s work.

I wanted an inexpensive office chair and this chair fits that. It’s not the most comfortable chair but it’ll do. It looks nice enough. Sam’s offers other more comfortable chairs that look better BUT the finish on those chairs eventually start flaking off. If this one starts flaking at some point, at least I didn’t spend a lot. I’ve thrown away many office chairs. Buying a real leather office chair is very expensive these days. I paid $79 plus tax.

Great office chair! It was easy to assemble, looks great, and is surprisingly comfortable. The supportive cushioning and adjustable features make it easy to find the right position. It feels sturdy, rolls smoothly, and provides excellent back support. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it.

This was a solid purchase for the price. I needed a new office chair, and this chair was perfect. The price was right. It is very comfortable. I cannot comment on how easy it was to put it together, but my wife said it was fairly easy and not complicated. I would recommend this chair to anyone who would ask me.

I love this chair, this is my second purchase because I loved my first that i needed another for my home office. The first one I bought was several years ago and it's still holding up and just as comfortable. Great price point as well, is recommend this chair to anyone looking for value and quality.

It is very comfortable. My bottom not aching. I used to have to sit on pillows and my bottom still used to hurt cheeks were numb. I no longer have to sit on pillows nor does my bottom hurt because Serta cushion is just right for my bottom. Thank you, Serta for having the best cushion for me!
