Not user-friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first smart TV and I wish I had gotten something else. I don't know how to do much of anything with it. When you try to use the e-manuel on the TV, it's difficult to find the topic you need, and then it's hard to understand, especially when you have to read, then return to the TV setting. Downloading the manuel and referring to it are also not helpful because the explanations do not make sense. Nothing works the same way twice - success can not be repeated. It is not intuitive at all, and I'm saying this as a long-time Samsung Galaxy phone user. The only reason I did not give it 1 star is because the picture is good. But that doesn't help much when I can't figure out the TV. And who in the word designed that ridiculous feature where you tap the TV with the phone in order to stream from the phone - why not something simple like Chromecast? AND I HATE THE SMART REMOTE!!!

Hard to figure out

Since there no hard copy of manual that come with tv.The one on the tv is hard to read and the one on there web is about the same.But will have to say custom service has been pretty good.It took 5 calls to find out if there was connection for a sound bar Optical output .

TV doesnt work

do not buy this tv. it has an eco "solution" that you are literally unable to turn off and it has my tvs' brightness stuck at literally 1. the customer support cant do anything but teach you how to hard reset which literally does nothing. do not buy this tv it does not work.

Not Great

just like the other reviews, tv just stops working. i purchased less that 2 years ago and it has had minimal use. standby light will flash, backlight comes on and then goes off. it will repeat this cycle till the end of time. tv will never fully turn on.

TV no longer stays on

unfortunately, the tv no longer will stay on. constantly turning off and on for few seconds. i was very excited with the quality of the tv until this problem occurred. i would tell people how great it is, but now realizing its no better than a potato. tried performing all fixes supplied and it still does not stay on. feeling like it was a big waste of money. even bought a protection plan for it and waiting for them to get back. i would say that this tv did not last very long at all.

50 QLED 4K

50" Class Q60T QLED 4K UHD HDR Smart TV (2020) QN50Q60TAF Have this baby 1 1/2 years and of course its now out of warranty.. Turning on and it keeps on turning off and on repeatedly. So after 18 months why is this junk? After reading so many reviews on the same problem I guess I have the same issue as so many others now. Now I'm trying to read the reviews on your webpage and even that will not allow, as the page keeps on moving up so I cant read about this product.. BYE BYE

Terrible

I only had this for a year and a half, tv has been mounted on my wall up high, i clean it free of dust cared for it like a baby no dings, no bumping into it then all of a sudden very recently i noticed black lines had appeared on the the screen and to my luck the warranty was only for 1 year. I had a LG for nearly four years till it gave out soon after i got this tv it started to show lines on the tv only 9 months in but i didnt mind because it was bedroom tv and so now give it a second chance i bought another one updated feature quality resolution, this tv is already showing signs of going bad only a year and a half in, Very frustrated this is the second samsung that this happen, i highly recommend NOT to buy this tv

Totally Disappointed - Poor Quality

we have purchased many tvs over the last 20 years. i just reached the 2 year mark on with this tv. a couple months back it started shutting off in the middle of watching it. then it repeatedly cuts on and off without displaying anything but a blank screen. i have unplugged it numerous times and nothing works. sometimes it will start working again for but then returns to the "off and on" again dance. i am super frustrated with this tv. i have purchased so many samsung tvs i felt like they were so reliable that you never need an extended warranty. well now i will re-think that philosophy. my tv has been turning off and on for 3-4 days now. i leave it on in hopes that it will eventually come back to me but looks like i need to come to grips with reality and get a new one.
