I have to unplug tv to reboot. sound doesn't match lips. Also sound bar doesn't work well with TV. sound is intermittent. Again have to unplug sound bar to reboot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are so many things I love about this TV. The 82” size fits perfectly in the space we have. The picture quality is the best we've seen. The 120 Hz refresh rate works fine for football and other sports. The Samsung apps are much more extensive than out previous LG. The voice remote is the simplest I've ever seen and the voice control makes it very user friendly. In short, we are extremely happy with our purchase and highly recommend it.

I'm having issues with my current setup with Apple TV connecting to Vizio elevate sounder, which then connects to eARC hdmi input on TV. When I turn on the Apple TV with the Apple TV remove everything turns on like it should (Apple TV, Vizio Elevate, and the TV) but it says there's no input from Vizio Elevate. I know this isn't true because switching inputs on the TV from the Vizio to something else and then back it works. And everything works fine from that point on, but this cycle repeats itself every time I turn the system on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is great for the price but I think it needs to be a little bit more user friendly to personalize which apps you use more frequently. Also the TV lags sometimes when selecting certain parts of the menu. I'd recommend a sound bar also for it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this tv. It's very sleek and up to date. I love that it's a smart tv. The software is very up to date. The QLED picture is very crystal clear. The only downside are dark colors on the tv during the daylight aren't as vibrant.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old Samsung TV died after about 15 years, which was impressive. I bought this new model and the sound is absolutely horrible. My old TV was far superior. I know there's several different sound options on this model, but they all sound bad. For an expensive TV, sound should be better. Now I'm stuck with the dilemma of do I keep the TV and spend even more money on a sound bar, or do I return the TV and buy something better. I had no idea this model was the “low end” model until after I bought it. The price was certainly not low end! The picture quality is fine. No complaints there. And the TV design itself is nice. I just wish it had a swivel base for those who don't want to mount it.

Black point and shadows are fantastic. The only down side to the tv is the sound quality isn't the great, it turns in my PlayStation sometimes for no reason. The UI is nice but too much and sometimes apps do not download properly and sometimes slow
