It makes feel as if you could reach out and touch the people on tv, that's how clear it is. I love how it is the perfect contrast. On regular tv's dark scenes are so hard to see, but on this one it's like it was made for it. No more squinting it has perfect resolution so you can binge watch all your shows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy the fact that you can use the remote for all of your devices but I would like to see a page up/down option for channel searching. Actually, I continued to use the remote that came with my cable box just for that feature. Also, sometimes it is difficult to tell if the tv is off if you forgot whether you did shut it off or not. Otherwise, it's pretty self explanatory.

However, it's also rather disappointing at the same time, as it feels more like a downgrade from its predecessor, the Samsung Q60/Q60R QLED. It still uses a VA panel with an outstanding native contrast ratio, and its black uniformity is simply remarkable, making it a perfect choice for dark rooms. Most gamers should be content with its remarkably low input lag, but support for variable refresh rate (VRR) is noticeably lacking and it's limited to a 60Hz refresh rate. Motion handling is mediocre as its response time is slow, leading to motion blur. Nevertheless, if you want to give QLED TVs a try, this one is a good start.

It took some time to get my eyes adjusted to the picture, the graphics are that great! I love the ambient mode & all the features you can customize to your own liking. The only down side is now I want to purchase a 65' for my living room but I dont need it. Great job Samsung!!

This TV was a gift for my mother in law and I was hoping for a more traditional remote. She has trouble figuring it out. But I still want to buy a new one for me lol

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great looking product. Easy to navigate, relatively easy install.TV audio not "the best"...often sounds muffled. Have found it necessary to use captions in many instances. May have to consider a soundbar which is why I didn't rate at 5*.

It does most of the work for me, even switching to Game screen mode automatically when I turn on a console. And it's comparably lightweight, which made mounting easier. No complaints.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is now my main tv. We use it to stream everything. Connecting and set up of the apps was simple. Picture is nearly flawless. If it is like my other Samsung TVs , it should be trouble free for years.
