[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying, I am very particular about picture quality and clearness. I was expecting the picture quality to be a lot better. Maybe because the model is the the lower version of the QLED line it explains the quality. I was expecting a lot more for the price. The features are great. One thing i would suggest is a pointer on the TV would be amazing, I have an LG where you can point with the remote vs having to scroll to type. Bixby is the better option for the voice assistance. I have used Alexa but it does not do what is asked. The sound is amazing on the TV. It has am option to amplify, and it sounds like surround sound. The volume doesn't have to be full blast to hear it. If you are debating between QLED or Crystal Clear, I would go with the Crystal clear as it is more economical and the picture quality seems to be a little better on the TU8000 vs the Q60T at a way better price. The features are the same.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality is unbelievable. 4K/HD content pops out of the screen. The picture is clear even with SD cable content. It has a wide viewing angle so the whole family can watch comfortably. When I first got the TV, I couldn't believe the quality and I'm still not disappointed. The remote is light and intuitive. All the menus are easy to use and navigate. It has all the major streaming apps where other TVs I have are missing some of them. I recommend The Q series to everyone in my family and once they see the quality the agree with me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this tv, there were some reviews that weren't positive for this model but I've had no problems during the few months I've had it; it's possible they got unlucky. I've watched everything from old to brand new movies/shows on it and I hooked up my ps4 to it the and the picture is incredible. I'm also a big fan of the minimalist remote that came with the tv; easy to use, sleek and looks nice without all of the numbers, as well as easy to memorize where buttons are so you don't have to keep looking for the right one. I also love the smart tv options, as I use a good amount of the stock apps and being a Samsung, I can easily connect my s20 to it without hassle. If I had to point out some cons, it would be that I wish that the hdmi ports had a little more room for the hdmi devices like the fire stick to fit appropriately. It fits but getting it was a bit difficult than it should have been. Also, it would be nice to have 3 ports instead of 2. If you need more than two, look elsewhere. Lastly,finding a stylish stand that will fit it, you'll have to sift though a lot of stands that claim they will fit this length (55") but that's a problem you'll encounter with anything larger than a 50" anyways.I definitely recommend this tv to anyone looking to upgrade while not breaking the bank and only needing two hdmi ports.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is the smartest easiest to use. We currently have 3 other Samsung TVs and this is by far the best. It automatically connects to my Samsung laptop and my Samsung ear buds. Everything functions so well together.

I bought Samsung because of their reputation for quality exemplified by the fantastic picture quality of their QLED televisions. I was really surprised when at just about three years of age a dark vertical band about four inches wide appeared on the right side of my television, you can see through it but it is still frustrating. Now, the dark vertical band is about 20 inches wide and is now positioned in the middle of the screen. I paid significantly more for this Samsung QLED 65-inch TV than competing brands because I was buying their quality. Now, my television was out of warranty, of course, and although I am upset that a television that I paid so much for was defective in such a short period of time I was ready to accept it as my bad luck. Imagine my surprise when I learned that hundreds, if not thousands of other Samsung owners were having the exact same problem that I was having and Samsung wasn't going to do the right thing and fix what was now a very real defect in their product that they still will not recognize and take ownership of. Bottom line, high price doesn't always equate to high quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The image quality and smart functions are so great. Screen Mirroring and connection to smart phone and laptop are seamless. Failed to stream youtube from smartphone sometimes and restarting wifi connection will fix it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a my birthday present for turning 66 and surviving a fire last November that should have killed me. I have always been a Samsung guy and was hoping for a good quality TV. What I got was well worth the money, a much better TV than I had hoped for and a picture quality that is unbelievable. I have never had a Smart TV that was this SMART!!! I can only say I wish I had room for a larger Samsung QLED TV but, being 66, disabled, on Social Security, and living a a 5th wheel trailer, that is all I have room for. It hurts my budget for the TV, but I would like to experience the surround sound of the soundbar & subwoofer. I would imagine it's simply amazing! Thanks, Steve
