purchased the qn50 in 2020 and now i have thin black horizontal lines on the screen. it will shut off and go black with the qn50 logo on the screen and then go to a grey screen for a short moment. unplugged the device for a minute and sometimes the screen will return to normal after maybe half an hour or so. had to unplug power for an entire day before the screen returned to normal with the black horizontal lines.

I have 4 samsung TVs in my house. I do not think I will be buying another. The way the ads target you now and are in the menu and constantly coming up. Its unacceptable. I do not appreciate it. My dishwasher doesn't advertise to me. My AC unit doesn't advertise to me, my laundry machine doesn't advertise to me. I don't want my TV to me either. Its not even an advertisement within the content, its IN THE MENU!

This tv was a splurge for me. Let me say I am not disappointed by my purchase. I have had samsung devices for years but this was my first tv. I fell in love with my friends samsung. The picture was so clear...I had to have one. The picture and sound are more than I ever expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV wasn't a planned purchase. I had a 70” that had begun to have sound no picture. Instead of fixing I chose to upgrade. What an excellent upgrade! Samsung is a well know brand and I thought price would be way out of my range. However price was comfortable but, the quality…… The picture quality is unbelievable. During football games I feel like I'm in the stadium ( I also purchased Samsung home theater). You can see the pores and goosebumps on the actors and actresses in the movie or tv shows you watch. The apps are very easily accessible. Don't want to watch cable? Fine you have so many other options. This was a excellent upgrade to my living room!!

There's tons of apps. The remote is so easy to use and navigate. Watching movies, cartoons are amazing on this tv. I highly recommend this Samsung television. There are so many options for streaming which is so convenient if you don't have cable. I'm beyond satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not really great! 1. AirPlay doesn't work after few days, need to connect and re-connect 4-5 times to make it work. Sometime it doesn't even work. 2. TV freezes, I meant software freezes and nothing would be functional. Might be after 20-30 seconds it would be back and remote controls work as usual. 3. If you need to install any app, need to hit install 4-5 times for apps installation, sometimes no luck need to turn off the tv and start again. 4. need to setup sound bar settings every often. It forgets things faster. Lot more, not enough patience to explain more. I feel theres a problem with software on TV. If I use other third partyeverything works great, then I don't need to put huge money for this. Huge disappointment!

i have had numerous samsung tv's in addition too cellphones,monitors soundbars etc. i have never had an issue. this tv has driven me crazy since i purchased it. it freezes, powers down on its own. my youtube tv app has sound only half the time. i have to reboot the tv. it's frustrating

this does not mention the ads you get serviced by your on tv in the menu, thoughtfully by samsung. you cannot turn off the ad's or remove the installed app's. thankfully i only purchased 1 of these, wont be buying samsung tv's again. very sad since i use samsung phones, 49" crg9 pc monitor, sound bars, headphones + more

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] BOOMSAUCE the best purchase ever and quality of the 65” one that we purchase is hands down awesomness but remember this that you have to install a lot of apps like Disney plus and etc. Especially the newer ones but I just watch Star Wars IV New Hope holy cow!!! 5 star rating!! Makes the movie like infinite Boomsauce levels!! Well worth the money
