It would not try the full cycle if we put it on for 60 minutes it would stop after 10:00 and we'd have to go down and reset it that has seemed to resolve itself. One thing I will tell anyone who's thinking of buying Samsung's "smart" washer and dryer, you can indeed use your phone to control the washer and dryer however one caveat that is not in the description is you have to physically touch smart control on the washer or dryer in order to enable the features on your phone so there's really no point in using the features on your phone You might as well go down to the dryer or washer and use those controls since you still have to in order to control it on your phone

Two brand new Samsung MAJOR appliances arrived today at my new home, this Dryer being one of them, and BOTH new appliances were damaged, the washer was clearly damaged with a very large dent in the side corner (delivery was rejected), the Dryer (this product) had many cosmetic damages, scrapes and dents on the left side. To be perfectly honest, I took out special financing to be able to afford this combo situation, and the seller gave me an inconvenience type refund of 15% but I had to pay for a missed item to INSTALL the washer itself.... the one that was damaged. The whole experience sours me on owning any new Samsung Major HouseHold Appliances long term. This really stinks. I am very opposed to Samsung major appliances and AJ Madison for the all around terrible conditions, service, over-charging of every detail item, and wait time. Now I have to wait over ANOTHER week just to get a washing machine delivered, while the cosmetically damaged Dryer sits in the new laundry room. How embarrassing.

We had Samsung front load washer and dryer for 16 years before the washer electronics went out. We had been very pleased with the performance. We purchased the new washer and dryer 6/9/24. The pedestal mounts are poorly designed, the washer vibrates and rattles, even on small loads and the dryer keeps stopping and a CL9 code displays even though there is nothing near the door. Tonight we had to restart the dryer 4 times. We don't want to use smartphones to diagnose problems so it would be nice to actually get a complete manual.

Samsung paid attention to every detail, the material used are premium quality. We also got a matching washer. The set has a beautiful design . We could not be happier with both products

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Couple washes in and this appliance is amazing. Runs quiet and it's efficient at cleaning my clothes. Haven't had any color leaks and all soils have been removed. Paired with the dryer it works very well drying my clothes, some thicker materials come out not fully dry but after 30 mins air dries pretty well.

purchased this with matching washer. i like the convenience and connectivity. the dryer is huge, and can fit a big load of bed sheets or whole family laundry after a weekend trip. automated programs make the usage a breeze. the big problem is that the labeling around the main dial smudges off by simply wiping with finger, or a piece of cloth. all of the label around the program selector will disappear in no time rendering the unit useless. samsung warranty, however considers this a cosmetic problem and refuses to do anything about it.

The dry time is longer than usual but I am thinking it's an energy saving thing and maybe it does not get as hot as the older dryers. So far no real complaints and I am very satisfied with the purchase.

The only issue I have had is a software issue in the beginning, but Samsung Help was extremely understanding and got the issue fixed. These features are amazing and the capacity is my favorite! Cuts down half my laundry time!

This new samsung dryer with smart things enable has been a life saver. My phone alerts me when my clothes are done. This way I can immediately take my clothes out to avoid wrinkles. It also drys my clothes and half the time. This dryer is special.
