The vast number of feature is a bit overwhelming, but is easy to find what we need and has thus far done a great job. The app is nice, but it would be nice if it had more of a live interaction with the dryer as in what the dryer sensors are detecting.

I like the no wrinkle extra setting that keeps fluffing your clothes after drying if you can't get to them right away.. I have trouble keeping the dryer going when the clothes are only damp, like if I turn the dryer off before leaving the house and return to start it back up. The dryer will run for a few minutes and turn off. I have to put it on time dry to get it to finish. Need to take the time to turn the Done alarm off. Long and annoying. I do like this dryer, just need to take the time to figure out the settings. Active Wear and Perm Press are my go to settings for now. Nice and quiet. Can't go wrong with this one.

When first installed the factory did not make internal connection allowing the sensor to work. Unfortunately this error kept the dryer from working the first 10 days. Currently I have a service call less than 6 months later as machine doesn’t start. I assume it’s one of two issues and have no doubt the service team will successfully repair. I believe I have a valid concern product will not make it years with 2 issues in first 6 months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought electric dryer DVE50BG8300VA3 (with the matching washer), adding yet another Samsung product to our home! The dryer is surprisingly fast. Having a dryer with the steam freshen function is a new experience and seemed to work on white linens. The app was easy to set up and use, worked the first time. We have children and the cleanign quality of this set has definately been put to the test. The controls are straight forward; there are almost too many cycle options. I particularly like the ability to control the stem cycles. The extra large capacity certainly shows and can handle any load that fits in the washing machine. Historically I have preferred gas dryers, but this is challenging my assumptions about electric! The unit is also surprisingly quiet during operation. You won't regret this purchase!

The replaced dryer also had too much drum noise. Again, requested for replacement. This time Samsung declined to replace; however, they are able to price match with same items as new order. Finally, this worked and good so far.

I’m a little bummed. Not sure if they’re going to charge me anything. The appliance looks great and has great features. I hope the error is a minor thing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dryer a month and a half ago, it since has told us our vent was partially clogged, which we did not know prior, we fixed this issue and this dryer is faster, and far more efficient than any other I've had experience with. Bedding and heavy items are no problem for this unit, and on top of all that, the unit has an absolutely gorgeous color scheme!
