[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the dryer was first delivered I opened it up and couldn’t believe how big it was inside! I have still yet to fill this all the way up and it is large enough to put my king sized comforter it. The dryer is very simple to work, you just select your setting by turning the knob and you can add extra features with the buttons listed. My favorite feature is the wrinkle prevent chime, this was it notifies me before my dryer shuts off so that my clothes will not sit in the dryer and wrinkle! I also am very impressed with the wet sensor and how it will quit drying your clothes early if they are finished, this way you are not over drying your clothes! The lint try is very easy to empty and it really takes a lot of loads to start filling it up, which I was really surprised by! I would highly recommend it!

I have a previous model of this dryer (manufacture date 11/2020). It worked great... until it didn't work at all. Less than 5 years old and needs a new circuit board, which they apparently don't make anymore. I was under the impression this dryer should last about 10 years, but according to the service tech, this is a common issue with Samsung appliances, so just trying to warn others.

There are multiple settings are available to select from, and the product can be added to Samsung app on phone, SmartThings (smart home platform) Overall, a great smart experience with this great product.

This dyer was delivered in the fall or 2024 but we did not start using it regularly until November. It looks great and has interesting settings and some flexibility. But for some reason most of the time it stops too quick and leaves the clothes still damp. It does not matter what setting is used, how well the clothes are sorted and how much or little the load is, some of the clothes are always damp. We end up restarting the cycle 2 or 3 more times to get the job done. It's very frustrating. I don't know if it's a sensor issue, a design issue or some malfunction, but clearly this is unacceptable.

The replaced dryer also had too much drum noise. Again, requested for replacement. This time Samsung declined to replace; however, they are able to price match with same items as new order. Finally, this worked and good so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every friend said Samsung appliances are the worst but I did not believe them. I believed in the Samsung brand. Sadly they were all right. I ordered the dryer and waited to install it after my floors were done. Not only was the dryer broken but they refuse to replacement and now I have to deal with a lengthy and inconvenient repair process that will take months. Never will I ever purchase a single product of the Samsung brand ever again. While my business may not represent more, at least with me, they will lose more in unrealized business than they will win in making me keep that useless dryer which came in broken unable to perform a single cycle. Enjoy my money for the last time ever.

I’ve had this dryer a couple years and it still works about the same. My biggest complaint is with the presets and not being able to change the temperature of the dry cycle. You can only change it if you do a timed dry. So if you like to use an auto stop you have to dry your clothes on a hot setting. My old dryer was able to sense the clothes being dry on any heat seating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had this dryer for a few months and it works well on some settings. I like the no wrinkle extra setting that keeps fluffing your clothes after drying if you can't get to them right away.. I have trouble keeping the dryer going when the clothes are only damp, like if I turn the dryer off before leaving the house and return to start it back up. The dryer will run for a few minutes and turn off. I have to put it on time dry to get it to finish. Need to take the time to turn the Done alarm off. Long and annoying. I do like this dryer, just need to take the time to figure out the settings. Active Wear and Perm Press are my go to settings for now. Nice and quiet. Can't go wrong with this one.
