[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First thing I have to say is this dryer looks great. I know that is not very important but it does look good. There are a lot of different drying cycles to choose from. I really enjoy the refresh cycle. It is one of the two steam cycles. If you have forgotten your clothes are dry this cycle will remove the wrinkles. I did discover you should allow the cycle to complete. I removed my clothes early and they were damp. The smart technology allows me to monitor the status of the drying cycle from my refrigerator. Kind of cool. Overall I am very impressed with this dryer. I would definitely recommend this dryer.

purchased this with matching washer. i like the convenience and connectivity. the dryer is huge, and can fit a big load of bed sheets or whole family laundry after a weekend trip. automated programs make the usage a breeze. the big problem is that the labeling around the main dial smudges off by simply wiping with finger, or a piece of cloth. all of the label around the program selector will disappear in no time rendering the unit useless. samsung warranty, however considers this a cosmetic problem and refuses to do anything about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how Samsung is able to combine design and function into a product. It looks amazing and performs great. Like the washing machine it fits better in closets compared to other brands. It has a lot of options and presets to chose from. Sensor dry also works very good and Wi-Fi helps with all of it. If you plan to stack them, the door is reversible so they both open the same way. It even has a lint filter indicator to remind you about it and not start a fire. Steam sanitize is great and steam dry helps a lot with wrinkles. It is great, especially as a set with the washer and just makes everything easy and straight forward.

I like the no wrinkle extra setting that keeps fluffing your clothes after drying if you can't get to them right away.. I have trouble keeping the dryer going when the clothes are only damp, like if I turn the dryer off before leaving the house and return to start it back up. The dryer will run for a few minutes and turn off. I have to put it on time dry to get it to finish. Need to take the time to turn the Done alarm off. Long and annoying. I do like this dryer, just need to take the time to figure out the settings. Active Wear and Perm Press are my go to settings for now. Nice and quiet. Can't go wrong with this one.

Awful. I will NEVER buy another Samsung dryer. We bought last year's model in May 2024. Did not purchase the extended warranty as that is not usually necessary for dryers. One month after the one year warranty expired, the dryer would light up but not run. Paid to have the Tension Pulley replaced so that the belt would work. It did for for about three weeks. Same problem. Replaced the Blower wheel thermal cutout. It last 1 or two loads and would not run three days after the repair. We now have to buy a new dryer. A contractor we have used said that Samsung appliances that deal with water are not good. Our repair people said that Samsung refrigerators are terrible No more Samsung appliances for me.
