My wife and I love this dryer. The first time my wife used it she thought the clothes could no way be dry since she was not accustom to the short amount of time of the drying cycle. The sensors are accurate and simply amazing. In the past I sometimes would open the dryer door to simply see that I needed to add more time for my clothes to completely dry. Now, they are fully dry when the machine stops with no signs of moisture! The clothes smell and feel great. We also notice less wrinkles. There are so many smart features. I get alerts when the clothes have completed their cycle. Great sanitizing too. I love everything about this dryer! And the quality is great as you would expect from an appliance leader like Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washer summer of 2025 and bought an extended warranty. The spin started to sound like a jet engine so they came to repair it. Hours later and a complete tear down of the machine and it didn't fix it. They came back with more parts a week later and the same issue, except now there are dents in the machine, the machine leaks water and still sounds loud on spins. I have been waiting weeks for this to be resolved. Meanwhile I can't use my washer. Looks pretty but actually is garbage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this Samsung smart electric dryer with Steam Sanitize+ for a while now, and honestly it’s been a solid upgrade from what I had before. It dries clothes evenly without leaving anything damp or overheated, and I don’t have to keep checking it mid-cycle. The steam feature is actually useful too — it helps get rid of odors and cuts down on wrinkles, especially with stuff like gym clothes or bedding. I don’t use the smart app all the time, but it’s nice getting a notification when a load is done. It can take a little longer on some cycles, but I’d rather that than clothes coming out half-dry. Overall, it just feels reliable and low-maintenance, which is really all I want in a dryer.One thing I actually ended up liking more than expected is the connectivity. Once it’s hooked up to Wi-Fi through the SmartThings app, you can start or stop the dryer, schedule loads, and get notifications right on your phone when it’s done. It’s not something you absolutely need, but it does come in handy when you’re busy or not home — I’ve definitely used it to keep from forgetting a load. It also works with voice assistants, which is cool, but honestly the real value is just being able to check on your laundry without having to walk back and forth.

It is very efficient and gives me wrinkle-free, sanitary and moisture-free clothing. In fact straight from the Dryer, I have gone on to wear my clothing. Most importantly, it connectivity is Prime- I have been able to save money on electricity because using it with ALEXA , I can set it to dry during low-peak hours of the night. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this new dryer! This is my first experience with the steam feature, it really helps remove wrinkles and refreshes the fabric! I haven't yet tried to use the dryer with my Samsung smart phone yet but will update my review when I do. The very large capacity is excellent! My second favorite cycle is the time dry which gives you the most options such as temperature and time. I have this dryer 4 stars. I removed a star because the sensor dry often leaves the clothes too damp and I end up running a timed dry after the sensor dry cycle stops. The dry sensor isn't as reliable as I would like it to be.
