My wife and I love this dryer. The first time my wife used it she thought the clothes could no way be dry since she was not accustom to the short amount of time of the drying cycle. The sensors are accurate and simply amazing. In the past I sometimes would open the dryer door to simply see that I needed to add more time for my clothes to completely dry. Now, they are fully dry when the machine stops with no signs of moisture! The clothes smell and feel great. We also notice less wrinkles. There are so many smart features. I get alerts when the clothes have completed their cycle. Great sanitizing too. I love everything about this dryer! And the quality is great as you would expect from an appliance leader like Samsung!

My last washer and dryer were 26 years old. Yes… I got my moneys worth out of them. Both finally gave out in the same week. My wife and I both do wash. We have no issues with this Samsung dryer. I love the notifications on my phone when the cycle is finished. Drys as expected. Plenty of settings for longer drying times with different items. Which is need for our dog blankets. Our three older mutts like sleeping on silk type thick cushion sleeping bags. Go figure. I recommend this dryer fully.

Helps me be more efficient to keep the laundry mobving & avoid forgetting if I’m busy with other household chores. The dryer controls allow me to increase dryness when I’m drying towels or lighten it when drying lightweight itens like light pajamas or tank tops.

Dryer performance much better than my previous "Large Garment" dryer. System is very straightforward and the "Wrinkle Prevent" mode keeps everything moving so basically no wrinkles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great looking dryer, and performs well! It has lots of features and modes to choose from, I especially like where I can do a custom program from my phone. Now, the part that needs a redesign. Most dryer door glass extends over the lint trap when closed, this model does not, and will throw an error when small items land on top of the lint trap and stop the cycle. The error is to check to make sure you don't have a clog in the exhaust hose, it does not. When I move the clothes around from on top of the lint trap it will continue until something small lands and stays on the lint trap, then I have to turn the dryer off then back on for it to continue. If it had the door glass extended over the trap, I wouldn't have this problem. Also the Wrinkle Away feature will leave your clothes wet sometimes, no rhyme or reason, sometimes it works, sometimes it leaves the clothes wet. Over all I think this is a great dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is my second dryer of this model, i had one in my rented apartment and now that i bought a house i got the same dryer, i love it but sometimes it doesnt dryer the big stuff as it says that would done it so i have to put some extra time (with the one of the rented apartment i had zero issues).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Poor durability. Pump went out of my previous one at 22 months old. Forced to buy another so I kept the set matched. One year warranty is a joke. Wanted to go with a better brand, but like I said I don’t want a mix matched set.
