The digital controls makes it very user friendly and I love the smart things feature that connects to and sends a notification to my cell when a cycle is complete. I also like that I can increase the dryness level to ensure that my laundry is fully dry when the cycle is complete. It's very efficient and my laundry doesn't shrink or even show signs of much wrinkles.

Plus for some reason every time I use this dryer it's like it's cleans all the air it takes all the moisture out of the air

This has been the biggest headache. We can't finish our laundry 95% of the time. One day the dryer works. And then next morning sensors are going off cant finish drying. We've contacted samsung and they sent someone out to investigate and turns out it's our exhaust fault, of course. How did it work for the first year without any issues then? So I changed everything, new exhaust duct, new exhaust fan, new sensor, works for 2 days and then back to being a large paper weight. This was a big waste of money because this all happened right after the 1 year warranty. If you are really sure you want this washer and dryer. Do yourself a favor and get the 7 year warranty. Although it still might be your fault in the end... I'm sure they will tell me to call them after I make this review, and nothing will be resolved since I already did call them and nothing happened.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These have to be hands-down, the best washer and dryer that I have ever owned the convenience of them being hooked to Wi-Fi so that I can know when my loads are done and the efficiency of them with the amazing wash and features allowing me to dry quickly by not using much electricity I'm above and beyond pleased with this amazing product Samsung really did outdid yourself this time.

It dries clothes evenly without leaving anything damp or overheated, and I don't have to keep checking it mid-cycle. The steam feature is actually useful too — it helps get rid of odors and cuts down on wrinkles, especially with stuff like gym clothes or bedding. I don't use the smart app all the time, but it's nice getting a notification when a load is done. It can take a little longer on some cycles, but I'd rather that than clothes coming out half-dry. It is very efficient and gives me wrinkle-free, sanitary and moisture-free clothing. In fact straight from the Dryer, I have gone on to wear my clothing. Most importantly, it connectivity is Prime- I have been able to save money on electricity because using it with ALEXA , I can set it to dry during low-peak hours of the night. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this new dryer! This is my first experience with the steam feature, it really helps remove wrinkles and refreshes the fabric! I haven't yet tried to use the dryer with my Samsung smart phone yet but will update my review when I do. The very large capacity is excellent! My second favorite cycle is the time dry which gives you the most options such as temperature and time. I have this dryer 4 stars. I removed a star because the sensor dry often leaves the clothes too damp and I end up running a timed dry after the sensor dry cycle stops. The dry sensor isn't as reliable as I would like it to be.
