[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The advil dual action with acetaminophen works pretty good. I had a headache and took it before I went to bed and woke up and my headache was gone. I like that it has both acetaminophen and ibuprofen in it for dual action results.

I thought this concept was unique in that I haven’t seen an ibuprofen/ acetaminophen combo before. For me ibuprofen works great and acetaminophen less so. But there are days when I do need relief from both. This will definitely help with fevers and aches as well as monthly period pains. Thanks for this combo product!

We only took it for headaches, but I’m sure it works just the same for other pain types. So grateful for this little bottle of wonder! I highly recommend this!

I keep them in my desk at work and will continue to use them as needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i recieved this in my voxbox, and let me tell you this package cane at the right time It is currently "aunt flows" week to vist and sometimes she causes me pain . when i noticed that this advil has acetaminophen added toots normal NSAID , i got super hyped. It worked (almost) just as well as MIDOL (doesn't help with bloating like midol) If I'm ever sick with a fever I'm excited to see how well it'll work to bring down my fever as well as help with body aches . great product
