Ibuprofen for the inflammation and Acetaminophen for any pain. It's not bad, does what it needs to do. Worth buying.

Like recommended , I took two pills and waited. And it actually worked pretty quick for me. In about half an hour I was able to continue work without having the pain. I took it late so I was able to go to bed as well so I didnt judge how long it lasted. Would buy again!

While other pain meds can take 45 minutes or so to start relief, this was much more instant. It is a reasonable price and was overall satisfying. My headache went away and I felt much better
