I like that you can take one pill and get the same benefits of two separate medications. The pills are smooth and easy to swallow.

But surprisingly enough, Ive never tried the dual action before. Noticed it kicked in quicker and definitely did the job when I ran out of Midol.

But if I don't catch it in time it feels like it does nothing and that sucks not being able to take anything else because you already took something. So if it works or not depends on your own timing.
