Im a long time Advil (Ibuprofen) user and I tend to avoid Tylenol (Acetaminophen) like the plague. But after receiving this voxbox to try I got a really painful/intense headache one day, usually Id take an Ibuprofen and have a cup of coffee, but I figured Id try this product. It worked SO fast. I honestly think the combo of the two medicines was really affective, and I think Ill actually buy this product again on my own.

With that being said, this product was fine for me for my muscleaches and headache, but I’m not sure this did anything extra beyond what either acetaminophen or ibuprofen would have done separately.

Sometimes I wake up stiff in the morning, and this helped me with the pain, and although it didn't last all day, it did last a few hours.
