You are actually pain free for more than 8 hrs. It’s tea one of the best OTC pain killers. It helps a lot during the period cramps, it works like magic in 15 mins.

I like that it combines two pain relievers (acetaminophen and ibuprofen), so I don’t need to take multiple pills. It works well for tension headaches, sore muscles, and even mild back pain. I usually feel better within 20–30 minutes. The small bottle is also convenient to keep in my bag. Definitely something I’ll keep on hand!

I recently had a tooth extracted and was not prescribed anything but had this on hand so I gave it a try for pain relief! It worked amazingly! I will now always have this on hand in my house for any kind of pain that creeps up on us!
