I only take one at a time and it helped with my sprained ankle pain. I actually thought I wasn't going to be able to submit a review because I didn't have any pain but then I sprained my ankle and I was so glad I received this from influenster!

This one does pretty much the same, but I do enjoy the packaging as it is much easier to open which is fantastic if you’re alone and in pain… so overall it’s pretty standard but awesome packaging
