I took it and it works, but my complaint is that it was very slow action. It took around an hour for me to feel any relief. Once it kicked it though, it took all the pain away.

It works quickly. I guess thats where the dual action comes in! I would def recommend if youve tried Advil before or gave up on it in the past.

Luckily I had popped these bad boys into my bag to have just in case. I took them and holy cow it kicked my headache right away. I didnt have to wait more than 30 minutes, to do what I needed it to do. I was pleased with how well they worked. Highly recommend and will defiantly be purchasing some in the future. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, I didnt notice a huge difference between this and normal Advil. I run and exercise a lot so I usually use Advil or another pain reliever after long runs, and I think this was effective but again not that different from average Advil.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used Advil for joint pain for years. I threw the travel size I received in my hiking bag and didn't think about it after. I was on a moderate level hike but my joints became very stiff mid way through. I found a good spot to take a break and tossed back 2 Advil with my water. About 20 min later, I was able to start my walk again!
