Well this is a combination of both. One tablet contains 250 mg of acetaminophen and 125 mg of ibuprofen. I absolutely recommend this as long as you have no allergies to either acetaminophen or Ibuprofen. Because it does contain both products.

I wish the bottles were a little bigger but Im not disappointed. Plus unlike Aleve I can more than 2 day so that helps a lot!
