[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] since I can't take anything with acetaminophen I let my mom try this one out on one of the nights that her joints were bothering her and she said that not too long after taking the advil duel action pills the pain and inflammation in her joints was relieved and able to get a good night's sleep so after this bottle is gone she plans on buying another one.

I thought this concept was unique in that I haven’t seen an ibuprofen/ acetaminophen combo before. For me ibuprofen works great and acetaminophen less so. But there are days when I do need relief from both. This will definitely help with fevers and aches as well as monthly period pains. Thanks for this combo product!

The only side effect that I experienced was drowsiness, but it wasn't very bad. The two pills lasted well over 12 hours before the pain came back. I will continue to take the Dual Action Advil for my aches and pains.
