I gave it 3 stars because as a Lupus patient I can’t take ibuprofen often. I will only take it if my pain won’t go away after taking acetaminophen.

It relieved pain fast and the effects lasts longer than I expected. This means taking less medication which is always a plus. It's easy to swallow. I will buy this again and recommend it to anyone.

Not having to switch between Advil and Tylenol every 4 hours when I hurt my back or elbow is nice. The travel size is good for popping in my purse in case I need it on the go. Will definitely repurchase and have recommend this to other people who’ve tried it and like it a lot too.

This worked really well and I was very surprised because I thought it was just gonna be like any other pain killer by it it seemed to work quicker and better than anything else we have tried before!

And when it’s really bad- I would mix ibuprofen with acetaminophen anyway- so these already do that for you, and I got a tiny little travel bottle out of it! Love her!

I've tried using acetaminophen several times, but it never works well enough for me. This Dual action is great because it is both acetaminophen and ibeauprophen.
