[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s been years since I’ve taken Advil, so I tried taking this when I had a headache and for back pain. I honestly think this is okay for the mild aches and pains and might do the job for some. As for me it didn’t do a whole lot for either my headache or back pain. I’ll keep it on hand but I more than likely would not buy this product in the future.

Two years ago, my doctor recommended taking Advil & Tylenol together for my arthritis pain. I didn't do this very often because it required buying 2 pain relievers. Problem solved! I started using Advil Dual Action 2 weeks ago and I'm happy to say that my pain has decreased immensely! It's such a wonderful feeling not to constantly be in pain. Needless to say, I'm sleeping better too! Thank you so much for this product, it works!

It works great to for headaches, toothaches, backaches, menstrual cramps, muscle pains, or minor pain of arthritis. Since its a dual action pain killer, a less dose can do its job. This stays in my purse for any pain and works great.

I can't say that it works better than Tylenol, Bayer or aleve but it definitely works. The price is reasonable so I would definitely consider purchasing this again th next time I need to replenish our household pain reliever. It got rid of my headache and my back pain is pretty minimal compared to an every day basis I believe the combination of the two medications worked really well together to provide some relief and I will now add this to my medicine cabinet because it is amazing.
