[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this product, but honestly I cant tell the difference between this and other pain relievers like Tylenol or Ibuprofen. I think I like that it has both ingredients in the pill. I typically find ibuprofen to work better than acetaminophen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i have a high tolerance to pain meds so when i tried this i was surprised that it actually worked. i have HORRIBLE back pains after having my son. i usually take prescribed pain meds for the pain but the hassle of going to the doctor for the prescription is ANNOYING. so, this is an alternative to that for a temporary pain relief. it doesnt last as long but it gets the job done for my pain level. i will definitely be purchasing in the future.

The pill is kind of big I'm not to good with pills though. I think If you haven't tried it you should. It may not work for everyone but it works for me!!
