The double action of the acetaminophen with the ibuprofen makes this product work crazy fast, and the ability to only have to retake every 8 hours is so convenient. I found this really helpful especially because it had ibuprofen already infused. It worked within 15 minutes! It was amazing I only had to take 2 and felt pretty good throughout the evening. (Well almost) But its great and long lasting. We both had a very bad headache and thank God for this because its all we had around the house.
