[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always taken 1 Ibuprofen and 1 Tylenol together. Mainly because 1 is hard on your kidneys, the other is hard on your liver. So I wanted the least damage done from each. This product is awesome!

So if youve got aches and pains that could use some dual action, but dont want to get wired, this is a great choice. Im not sure if I would repurchase only because we tend to buy our painkillers in bulk, but its good to know this option is out there.

I’ve been having a lot of shoulder pain recently and brought my sample of this along on a recent car trip - total lifesaver. I’ve been taking mostly ibuprofen for aches and pains the last few years but now I’m going to try using this instead!

It has helped in many ways especially with my reoccurring lower back problems especially when Im super active for the day, I take two of these and it about instantly works.

Ive used it for so many things already. Whether it be headache, menstrual cramps, of muscle aches.... it works!!! I literally started feeling relief like 10-15 minutes after taking the product and it lasted an extremely long time. I would highly recommend!

I have used this today and it definitely has helped! I normally have to take multiple pills of just Advil in order for it to make any impact on my headache going away. Only had to take (1-2) of the Dual Action pills!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I have mixed feelings on this one. First and foremost, yes, it's as work pretty well. I've taken it for a headache and it knocks it right out. However, what I dislike about this is, typically when I have acetaminophen and ibuprofen, I am able to take them every couple hours apart if needed. But with having the two of them combined, I would not be able to do so.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good, helped me with a sever headache pretty quickly. I'll probably use this as my migraine attacker as it seems to be working successfully. I didnt suffer from any side effects or anything out of the normal.
