[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really didn’t feel any difference between this product and what I usually would take for headaches and backaches. I also do not like that you need to worry about alcohol consumption when taking this product due to the acetaminophen.

This is a very neat idea and I LOVE that they have labeled the pills ADVIL II that way theres no way to accidentally take this than a traditional Advil (in case you cant take ibuprofen). The cap on this is also a higher quality safety cap which I appreciate as a parent more and more. I did receive these in exchange for an honest review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dual action advil was definitely improved from regular advil due to the added acetaminophen. So it’s like two medicines in one! For me- ibuprofen still works better for headaches but that is a personal choice.

I keep them in my desk at work and will continue to use them as needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually use Advil gel capsules just the plain one and it always gets the job done and with this I didn't feel anything different to be honest but I know that acetaminophen is a pain reliever as well as NSAIDs I truly feel that this product worked well but I don't think that people are going to be able to tell the difference between just the regular Advil pill and the dual action. I took one of these Advil dual action with acetaminophen and within 10 min i felt the inflammation going down and pressure relief. Im so glad i received this, i never tried before and it works better definitely switching!
