The combination of ibuprofen and acetaminophen helps it work even harder to eliminate any pain, whether it be cramps, muscle pain, aches, etc. It works for longer than most painkillers, coming in at a solid 8 hours. Ive used both types of painkillers simultaneously in the past (theyre processed by different organs, so theres no risk of damage), but two pills instead of 3-4 makes a big difference when youre on the go.

My husband had been having a toothache and I gave him two to try and it was gone within the hour! I will definitely be getting this from now on!

It’s just great to have for the car , work, and in your purse or pocket. Especially if you workout a lot after not working out for awhile during the adjustment phase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't noticed a difference in the dual action versus the regular acetaminophen or ibuprofen stand alone capsules. Took just as long to take effect. Didn't provide any further relief, none that was noticeable.

The major thing that I like about it is that it has both acetaminophen and ibuprofen so rather than have 2 separate drugs, you can just have 1 at home. It works fine, dont notice any issues with it.

I do think that with continued use, such as after a procedure, where you'd normally cycle through the medications separately, it would be extremely important to consult a doctor before using this product for that use. However, I think it is great for occasional use.
