Usually I see a difference within about 20 minutes or so. Now that may depend on the person but about average release time for medication. Glad I got to try this out!

This one has both acetaminophen and ibuprofen, which is exactly what I need. I had severe headache and couldn’t sleep couple days ago, so I took one of these. I feel much better after 15mins. I’m surprised how immediate this pain killer starts to work. I would definitely look for more once I run out with this bottle.

I suffer from backpain and headaches due to an accident and I love that this medicine combines Acetaminophen with Ibuprofen. It is the perfect one capsule pill for me and my current health issues. I do wish they would make this in gel form so it works faster, but once it kicks in, I'm good. I am thankful for this medicine.

I have been having more headaches than usual (thanks 2020) and I thought I would give this a try to fight them. I paired it with a cola for the caffeine and it worked! It helped me get back to my work from home and mom duties without feeling like my head was going to explode. It has Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen NSAIDs so its stronger than taking only one type.
