It seems like it takes a long time to kick in. Once it kicked in the pain dulled, but not for as long as I would like. The gel caps work better in my opinion.

I typically take another pain reliever for my constant headaches because they work well for me, so when trying these I was hesitant. The regular advil hasn’t ever really cut it for me, but this dual action advil has been amazing. I take two and I’m good for the day! I’m really impressed and I will be purchasing more soon!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I take ibuprofen or Tylenol I always take them together , each does something different and they work well in combination . With these it’s easy to get pain relief without having to take so many pills . Yesterday I had a horrible headache and I also started my period. I took 2 of these and the pain went away . Thank goodness! The only thing is the dosage is weird . I usually take 600 mg of ibuprofen ( 3 pills) and 1000 of Tylenol( 2 pill) but here it’s 125 mg of ibuprofen and 250 of Tylenol . Kind of strange . But happy to have them !
