This doesn’t work any faster or any better than regular Advil or Tylenol in my experience. I was hoping it would work faster or do more, but it’s just another drugstore pain reliever, nothing special in my opinion.

The ibuprofen targets pain at the source while the acetaminophen blocks pain signals. Take 2 pills to provide up to 8 hours of pain relief. I haven't had a reason yet to take this but my boyfriend tested it for some back pain he had. He said it worked really well, kicked in pretty quickly, and lasted about 6 hours. Other reviews have stated that it takes 15-30 minutes to kick in and works for 6-8 hours. Sometimes I have weird symptoms or when my boyfriend has a sciatic flare up, I don’t know what to offer for pain relief. This came in handy and seemed to help a lot!
