I have chronic gastritis so I tend not to take NSAIDS unless I really have to but this was very gentle on my stomach. I also found that it was pretty quick acting. In less than 20 minutes I was feeling better.

I prefer taking either ibuprofen or acetaminophen at the recommended doses instead of combining the two at a lower dose. If that’s your thing, I suppose combining the two in one pill is more convenient.

They’ve always worked well together! Combining these two allows me to take a lower maximum daily dose of each medication. It gave me 8 hours of powerful relief. The combination helped fight my pain.

I have since purchased the big bottle of it because I do like the dual action of acetaminophen and ibuprofen mixed together especially when I have bad pains this is something that really helps take the edge off because I do get flareups of my wrist from the work that I do.

The pain went away within 30 minutes! The downside to taking it is that it makes me sleepy, so I just have to take it closer to sleep time. Other than that, it's great!

I suffer from chronic headaches and very few medications help me- excedrin being one of them. But as soon as I popped 2 of these on a whim, within a hour my headache was gone for a while. Now I will say that it came back eventually, before the 8 hr mark but my headache was gone for about 6 hrs. Great product.

These pills got rid of my headache very quickly! I was impressed as sometimes when I take meds for my headaches nothing helps.
