It did completely relieve my headache within 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend this Advil and I will be buying it again.

Works for a headache, but not a migraine (I specifically need the caffeine part for migraines!) This is something I would reach for if Im in more pain, but it wouldnt be my go-to for something minor since it contains 2 medicines.

Its really one of the best working pain killers out there, acting fast and delivering true relief. I use this product to relieve menstrual cramps every month. Sometimes these are the only way i get through the week! I have tried other pain killers and they do not compare to Advil.

KIDDING...kind of. ANYWAY, I was having really bad tooth/ jaw pain one evening and knew I wouldnt be able to fall asleep. It was that bad. I had regular liquid gels, which I usually opt for if and when necessary because they work fast. I decided to try the dual action instead and was amazed at how fast it eased the pain and allowed me to drift off to sleep very easy. Definitely going to spring for this as my emergency relief.

I dont tend to use pain relievers, because I usually suffer from headaches only when Im dehydrated. But this did the trick when I couldnt take waiting for my water intake to kick in. I would buy it if it was reasonably priced.
