This product wins it's full five stars because it did exactly what it was supposed to do -- solved the headache. I'd buy it again.

The extra added IB profin in this product is what I think did the trick. Additionally, my daughter hurt her knee at soccer and these worked like magic. I will definitely be keeping these on hand for when I need something that acts fast!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not one for taking acetaminophen but being able to alternate them is always a pain when pain meds are needed. This was a two for one that seemed to work decently. I still much prefer ibuprofen than acetaminophen though.

I'll definitely replace this bottle once it's all gone. I get headaches often with allergy season, so this got here just in time.

Either way I needed something to help with the pain. *Insert Dual Action* the pills arent huge, which is a plus for me, and I felt it kick in after 10ish minutes. Now about an hour later Im feeling so much better!!! Im excited to use these for anything else that may arise! I would totally recommend to anyone and will probably only offer these if friends come over and need something to help with aches or pains.
