Not sure if it contains caffeine, I haven’t checked the label, but it doesn’t keep me up like other otc pain medications do.

I found that it works really well. I keep one at home and one bottle in my purse. Definitely one I recommend to everyone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always used advil so this might be a little biased, however this worked amazing for my cramps and I took one after my workout to prevent muscle soreness. it had ibuprofen which is a plus. It's a small and easy to swallow pill.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use Advil a lot for everything: headaches, cramps, joint paint, etc. I’m one of the unfortunate people that sometimes pain meds don’t work super well for me, but this worked fabulously! It helped extreme period cramps and a bad headache. Not only it did it work it worked for a long period of time so I was able to function and keep working my job. This is absolutely a new staple item for my medicine cabinet. I can’t recommend this product enough you absolutely need this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive used Advil before, but this one worked pretty fast. I took the maximum dosage and it almost instantly took away my cramps . I dont know the price but I would definitely recommend for cramps and headaches
