I was surprised to see this product, but it's a great idea! It's Advil with acetaminophen added into it. I very rarely get headaches, but when I do, it's an all day problem. I got a bad one not long after receiving these and so I thought I'd try it out. It cleared my headache up very quickly! Great concept, two pain relief meds that definitely work individually being brought together... Just brilliant. Love it!

I was in a wreck about 3 weeks ago and every now and then my back spasms start flaring up, the dual action part is just that! I love to use Advil when my teeth start acting up, so this actual helps with both and I'm in love.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is great!! I typically would take 2 full doses of both acetaminophen and ibuprofen, but this is great because it has both in it. I try to avoid taking multiple doses of NSAIDs if possible, so this helps.
