Typically I need to take 800 mg but I found myself only needing to take 200 mg of the Advil. Once my trial package runs out I will be running out to grab a full sized bottle. Its nice to have another product in my medicine cabinet that combats headaches quickly.

Also with having kids that often end up in my bed I wake up with back pain this has also really helped. Plus side less pills to take will be getting a full size bottle to keep on hand.
