I usually take ibuprofen for some things and acetaminophen for others, and this combines both! These work so well together! I get occasional headaches (usually screen or allergy related), cramps, and back pain. This pain relief knocked out each within an hour. And the relief lasted all day. My aches and pains from daily life and sleeping on the couch (and the headaches that come with) are gone fairly quickly with a single dose. Will be keeping this on hand for day to day life.

I knocked one star off because I didn’t notice any difference from the regular Advil for my shoulder pain. Would I buy this? Yes! May be great for muscular pain. #complimentary
