[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a few months now Ive switched from Advil to Tylenol but after receiving the Advil dual action capsules I can say that Im ready to switch back. typically Ill need 1 to 2 capsules to get rid of one of my migraines but with the dual action capsules I just need one and its pretty fast acting I dont actually have to wait 30 minutes for it to kick in, I feel the effects of the pill sinking in about 10 to 15 minutes in which is wonderful. This is going to be my new purse stable, The 18 capsule bottle is the perfect size for caring around for anytime pain strikes.
