He said it did work eventually, but it took longer than he would like to take effect (he prefers advil liquid gel caps and feels the gel caps work better). I tried a dose for a headache and they didn't do anything for me.

I love these small bottles too because they are so convenient to take on the go.

I wasn't brave enough to see if it would work on cramps. I'll likely just stuck to ibuprofen wo the Tylenol

It has always worked when I take it for headaches or whatnot. Expectations were met with this product for sure. It was very effective. I waited to use it for my cramps. I wanted to see how it handled real pain. So kudos. I will say I Didn’t know you could combine the two. Definitely have separate bottles and I surely have never mixed them nor ever thought to.

Not sure if it contains caffeine, I haven’t checked the label, but it doesn’t keep me up like other otc pain medications do.
