Holy crap have I been sore, and this Advil dual action has been a life saver. I really love the travel size bottle, too. I can have it in my purse comfortably.

However the medicines I have taken in the past do little to nothing to ease up the pain. So you can get an idea of how strong the pain is, I have passed out from it before and even gotten a fevers. This was by far the most effective medicine I have taken. It is very relieving and beneficial.

It contains both ibuprofen and acetaminophen, which I find to be an excellent combination to help with headaches or aches and pains. It works well for me and I definitely believe it is an excellent product. Very pleased!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product a few times when I had minor headaches and to be honest, it helped make my headaches go away but I didnt notice a big difference between this and regular Advil. I know it is dual action, and I was skeptical at first because I have always been told not to mix acetaminophen with Ibuprofen but it did not make me feel weird in anyway. I would recommend doing your research on this product before trying.
