The addition of Tylenol is also effective because it can work differently and may cover some of the headache or back pain that I experience on top of the Advil itself. I’ve taken these multiple times for afternoon headaches and have had good results!

Ibuprofen by itself doesn't do anything for me but the combo of aspirin and ibuprofen definitely gives me that much needed relief from headaches and cramps! I will be purchasing this in the future.

It makes it easier and more convenient to take these caplets than taking both medicines individually. They worked very well for me and my minor aches and pains. But surprisingly enough, Ive never tried the dual action before. Noticed it kicked in quicker and definitely did the job when I ran out of Midol.
