[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I had a tooth die, the dentist had recommended taking both inruprofen and acetaminophen at the same time (making sure not to exceed max dosage on either one). The combo was the only thing that helped. This makes it more convenient by having one comboned pill, and easier to keep track of max dosages.

Okay who would have ever thought taking acetaminophen and ibuprofen at the same time good job or tree down faster than either of them on their own. This dynamic duo and the perfect ratio had me pain free in 30 minutes. I always take a bit of coffee when I take a pain pill just because I believe it assists in the circulation of the medicine. But I just have to say I am blown away as a person that suffers with pain and tries to be quiet about it because nobody cares to hear about you hurting it is nice to have something that takes the pain away. Thank you Advil I am sitting here literally like in tears because there's so many times and I hurt and it's just waiting hours for the pain to go away and now I have alternatives and I'm thankful for that. I was also a surgery scheduler in orthopedics. After cracking down on narcotics and prescribing them, or when a patient simply requested a refill but the doctor deemed it unnessary, doctors would sometimes instruct patients to take ibuprofen and acetaminophen together if tylenol alone isn't enough for them. so awesome to have it together now in one bottle

It can typically be a struggle to find an over the counter medication that kicks a headache with the recommended dose—usually I still have a mild headache. This product was great because I was able to totally get rid of even a major headache! If anyone struggles with headaches, this stuff is a lifesaver.
