I've struggled to find over-the counter pain medication that helps with my menstrual cramps, this was genuinely a life-saver. I haven't noticed any of the side effects that other pain mecations like this come with. It worked easily with headaches. I wish it was better for back pain, but otherwise it worked great!

I just used this for my 11 hour shift at work, I have pretty bad lower back pain that tends to act up when I'm at work for long periods of time. normally I don't take painkillers for it though.
