Some ibuprofen/acetaminophen, for the purse, car, diaper bag, etc. This Advil dual action replaced the multiple bottle rattling I carried around. It knocks out headaches, body aches, and cramping. It's the best fast acting otc pain reliever I've tried in a long time.

I always have them in my purse, backpack, car, etc. The dual action in my opinion works a little bit faster but honestly I can’t tell that big of a difference.

Advil dual action is even better than normal advil, which i really don't know how that's possible. this helped amazingly well for My back pain headache or even cramps . It worked pretty fast too! I'm impressed with it's effectiveness and with the combination of two medications that now you can take less and have more time Without any pain .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bottle is conveniently compact, travel sized container. My partner typically prefers ibuprofen and I typically prefer tylenol. So this is nice that it is both in one. But the active ingredients of both are much lower. (Acetaminophen is usually 500mg here it is 250mg and ibuprofen is usually 200mg and only 125mg.) I feel like this is great when you are having multiple symptoms. Other wise I would think that having individual bottles would be more effective for single symptoms. This is perfect for on the go so you wouldn't have to carry around two separate bottles. I already have Advil as a go to option. But I think I am going to switch from the normal Advil to this one, for the fact that it is dual action. At home though I will just continue using ibuprofen and tylenol separately. Overall will purchase. I think this is a great alternative for on the go and for when having multiple symptoms like back pain and a headache simultaneously.
