I used to take 2 ibuprofen and 2 acetaminophen every time I got a headache which would lead to stomach issues. Now I can take 1 medicine with the effect of 2! Highly recommend.

This product on the other hand actually worked on aches and pains that ibuprofen only couldnt touch. I know recommend this to everyone because it actually works.

This got rid of my headache and back pain within 30 minutes of taking it. The dual action is what sold me. The fact that it’s 2 in 1 and I don’t have to take 2 separate medications and try and remember what times to take them again is a time saver. Will continue to purchase this!

Used these for menstrual cramps and worked like a dream. Definitely something I would buy regularly going forward, it just makes sense!

I do think that with continued use, such as after a procedure, where you'd normally cycle through the medications separately, it would be extremely important to consult a doctor before using this product for that use. However, I think it is great for occasional use.

I was on a moderate level hike but my joints became very stiff mid way through. I found a good spot to take a break and tossed back 2 Advil with my water. About 20 min later, I was able to start my walk again!

Boy was that a mistake but thankfully I had this in my purse and figured what a perfect time to try and let me tell you this works 1000 times better then just regular advil. I refuse to go back.
