I can't believe how quieter they are compared to the Samsung set I've purchased back in 2019. I love the fact I can use the SmartThings App.

The washer started leaking after the first few uses which I thought it was due to overfilling the soap compartment. Then it started making loud noises with spins after a few months. Still thought that it is not a big deal until it stopped draining water a few days ago. My old washer lasted over 10 years and costed a few hundreds less. And of course the factory warantee just expired The dryer sensor does not work well. Clothes are still damp and have to use the time dry feature which would take at least an extra 30 minutes for small/medium load after drying for 1 hour on dry sense which is ridiculous.
