Clean and wipe door boot as not to get moldy and it does its job well, installed properly and clothes have been very clean. Adhesion, It does a great job in eliminating odors and can reduce the time needed to pretreat some stains. The washers steam and sanitizing Cycles preheat water that produces around 140° blast of cleaning power. I really like the black and gold looks. the soup feed sock was one of the strongest ergonomic features because it reduces the time spent managing laundry in 30 min.

Remotely starting the washer doesn't make any sense? I can't even figure out a situation when I would actually need that function? You can also download specific wash cycles, while there are dozens of settings you can choose from already built in. Seems like a gimmick more than a practical need. I'm not sure what exactly they are trying to achieve with these washers. Total overkill for something that should be really simple. More like a race to see how many features they can cram into the machine. Just focus on something that works for lots of years.

Much quieter operation and we haven't had to worry about whether or not it is filling properly. Slightly more capacity than our 4.7cu ft, but that was intentional to make sure we don't over do it since we're switching over from top load to front load. No issues with balancing loads so far, and loads are coming out cleaner. I like that I can use my smart things app to see status and get notifications when loads are complete.
