[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Samsung washing but I do have currently because of the simple fact it holds a lot of clothes does a clean deep cleaning of my clothes no matter what my children does or whatever mess we end up making or anything like that with my arts and crafts and stuff I'm able to clean it perfectly fine with my washer and my dryer I love them both it i just love it I just love it I really do I'm grateful ever since I purchased it

I finish all of my laundry in half of the time then before. The time management of the washer is amazing and efficient. I have my phone connected and it is amazing it tells me where in the cycle it is and also when it is done. The clothes comes out clean in no time.

The capacity is average, I really like how clean my clothes come out and how quiet the washing machine is. The dryer is a little more noisy than I'd like but still Greta it has a fast wash that completes in under 20 min. I haven't been able to use the steam option yet though. The connectivity between the machines and the app are pretty simple as well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great washer!!! This my first front load and it cleans clothes better than my old washer. The functions are easy to use. The only issue I have is the "Smart Control". I would like to be ble to use it froma remote area without having to select "Smart Control" on the washer before I leave home. The capacity on my front load is perfect. I have washed bulky comforters in it and to my surprise the washer thoroughly cleaned the comforters just as good as the commercial washer.

Even on standard cycles, it completes loads quicker than my previous machine, and the quick wash option is a lifesaver when I’m in a rush. Capacity The drum is spacious and easily handles large loads, including bulky comforters and heavy towels. This capacity has allowed me to cut down on the number of loads I need to run each week. Steam The steam feature is excellent for deep cleaning and removing tough stains. It also helps cut down on wrinkles, which makes post-laundry ironing much easier. Connectivity Its Wi-Fi connectivity and smart controls are a standout. I can start, pause, and monitor cycles from my phone using the SmartThings app, and I love receiving notifications when a cycle is complete. Efficiency The washer is highly energy- and water-efficient. I’ve noticed a decrease in my utility bills, and the eco-friendly cycles do a great job without compromising cleanliness. Overall, the Samsung Smart Washer combines speed, capacity, steam functionality, connectivity, and efficiency into a reliable and convenient appliance that makes laundry day much more manageable.

When it works it's great. I like the steam options. BUT, ours has had a failure in the door latch, the control board also had to be replaced. AND NOW AFTER VERY LOAD BANGING ON SPIN CYCLE I have found that the weight balance had a bolt broken and the plastic encased concrete weight broke so that the top of the heavy weight was completely free banging around on spin. I have had to figure out ordering the replacement parts on my own. Wondering what the next breakdown will be.
