They only issue about it is I have to pre-scrub or wash certain items before I put them in the washer, because if I don’t they stay stained

It is also very easy to use even from a far through the app. The washer is also very efficient as it has multiple settings. Washer also has multiple speeds and time settings. First of all, its stunning 😍 Also, I love that I can connect it to smart things. The drum is very large to accommodate heavy loads. My favorite thing is the effectiveness of the washer. I have old clothes I use for cleaning because I thought they were permanently stained, but those stains came out since washing it this washer. I couldn't believe it! And yes, I used the same detergent, Gain powder, that I've used for years. I would recommend this washer and the matching dryer.

This has been an extremely disappointing shipping experience. It has been over a month, plus additional days, and I still have not received the washer and dryer. The discount provided does not compensate for the ongoing inconvenience, especially when I am forced to pay out of pocket to use a laundromat while waiting. This delay is unacceptable and has caused significant frustration.
