Especially like the steam function for sheets. It is nice that the app notifies you when the wash is complete. Also purchased the 5 year warranty for peace of mind. Very happy so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my washing machine and matching dryer! The color is beautiful and with the rose gold trim, feels higher end. Haven’t had any issues since installed in June 2025. I can fit A LOT in this unit. I haven’t started loads on my phone but I know when they’re finished because I’ve synced all my Samsung products to SmartThings. Love that feature! They also are not loud units. I recommend the pedestals so you’re not bending down lower to put in loads / take them out.

It has so many great features — I can rinse a load up to five times, choose from five spin levels, and adjust the soil level from 1 to 5. It easily fits my queen-size comforter, and I’m confident it could handle a king-size one too. It has Smart Control that I still need to figure out, but I'm sure it will be amazing!

I have a lot of guests and the ability to clean blankets and comforters is a priority. A front loader is better. I had a model that did have an odor problem which I have not experienced with the new Samsung. i believe the technology is better now. It, a different brand, broke down eventually and I bought the Samsung extra capacity machine. The preloaded cycles are better and make sense but can still be modified if you wish easily.The clothes are very clean. It has no trouble with heavy items like jeans. So far no socks have disappeared either! I am only uploading a photo of my awful old basement with the lovely new washer because the review required a photo.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like the Samsung washer and dryer. We stacked ours, and they work great. Plenty of wash cycles and steam which is a plus. We had them installed, if you do the same make sure they remove the shipping bolts from the washer. If they are not removed the washer will shake uncontrollably, and start walking across the floor.
