We are grandparents of 3. We watch them 5 days a week. We needed something for them to play on. They were always stuck inside. We decided on a swing set. We did a lot of searching and decided on this one. So glad we did, they love it. We don't have a very big yard but it fits nicely. They will enjoy this for years.

This has been a very popular set since its pin point up a few days ago. Had it delivered a week ago and it took one person 4 days to put up because the weather issues. Definitely could have used to 2nd person at times but all in all it's a great set and went up well. All the parts are easily marked. It's important to be sure is level that the entire area is level for this Set. Also, I will stress that there are a lot of parts to up. Organization is key. Love the set!

My husband was able to put the set together by himself working one full Sunday and all week after work in the evenings then finishing Saturday. Our kids are 4, 8 & 10 and they all love it. This is our third set from Sam's. We bought this one because our previous set was damaged due to Hurricane Harvey.

Took us a week to put it up. We pre-treated all the lumber with Thopson's Water Seal in the garage over 2 days. Then, my in-laws, my wife, my neighbor and I spent 4 ~4-6 hour days building it. The BUILT app instructions were great! All the hardware was present. Had to modify 1 board with a skill saw to make it fit right. My daughter and her neighborhood friends love it! The slide is awkward, but that's minor. We may swap that out later. The playset is bigger than I expected. We are happy with it so far...

My kids absolutely love their new swing set! My only concern is how close the swings are to each other. It's very hard to use all 3 swings at the same time without someone bumping into another person.

We really like the swing set. Our children and their friends are really enjoying it. The installation crew contracted with Sam's did a great job. They worked really hard to be sure the swing set was level and put together well. The telescope did break off after one day. The screw seems too short for a toy that would have so much touching by children. We are just going to leave it off/will not try to reattach.

We purchased this for our kids in 2018. It was shipped on time and in 4 separate boxes all with packing slips included. Instructions were easy to follow and clearly identified what parts were needed and which box they were in. The only thing that we sometimes struggled with was identifying the part stamp on the lumber. Some were either not marked or the stain on the wood made them unreadable. There was however a good description of the dimensions of the lumber so we were able to work from that. My wife and I, both with higher end skills were able to put it together in about 15 working hours. I cannot speak to the longevity of the product but based on the materials used in construction, and their warranty I believe it will last a long time. This is a great playset for our 4, 5, and 6 year old. We built ourselves in 2 days and with the help of setting boards/bolts out alphabetically/numerically really helped with each set up. Def need 2 or more strong women/men to put together. The purchase and delivery was very fast and user friendly.

There were many styles to choose from but felt this was right for our grand child. Ordering was easy and was shipped in a timely manner. There were 2 boards that we damaged and a package of hardware missing. We called the 800 number provided and issue was resolved. Parts were ordered and came the next week. There is a packing list for each of the 4 boxes and everything should have a number stamped on it to coincide with the packing list. Many of the numbers didn't show up well on the pieces that were stained but there are pictures in the manual with dimensions to compare. The one problem we did have was the shipping once it got to where we live. It sat at Yellow Trucking for a week before a third party trucking company delivered it to us. The third party trucking company was not very professional when we called and tried to get info for the delivery. This wasn't on Sam's Club though but the company where the swing set came from. It's not all together yet but so far so good.

Definitely buy this playset when it is on sale, the wood quality does NOT make it worth full price. The playset arrived in 4 boxes. Each box contains a packing list showing what is in that box. Keep each box separate when assembling. Also, pay very close attention to the labels on each bag of screws/bolts etc. Some are the exact same part, except the color is different- this makes a difference. It does take quaite some time to put together, but isnt really that difficult. The wood is very light and splinters easily, so be careful when assembling. Aside from the wood not being the best quality, it is fun for my 6 year old to play on, and time will tell how well it holds up.
