Wow, a chore to build, but was fun. Took two weekends, but instructions were good, and hole patterns were about 95% right. Only had to correctly drill just a few. Their bolts are good, safely designed to set, lock and be safe.. no sharp edges etc. Slide is working well so far, but doesn't seem as durable as one piece slide of others. This slide is a flat, smooth plastic that is formed and sides screwed together with plastic pipes.

Finished Building this yesterday. I did it 100% by myself (no helper or assistance) and took about 30 hours plus I spent 3 sorting, labeling for ease later. Made all the difference in the world. I had a bunch of bins that I labeled and organized with each nut, bolt, screw, etc and this was the biggest time saver. Couple things to note if you are considering purchasing this set. I am in construction and had access to a few extra tools that would have made this job close to impossible without. 1. I had to retap a lot of the nut barrels as the threads on a lot of hardware are stripped and ruined out of the box. 2. You will want a saw of some sort as some pieces are too long to fit in the designated areas. 3. A lot of the pre-drilled holes are not where they are marked according to the drawings. Be prepared to drill pilot holes for yourself. 4. I have plenty of experience with prints, and these are somewhat lacking. Some page. Some pages are in spanish, some pages there are addendums so make sure you know where those are when you get to those page. 5. KEEP THE PACKING SLIP FOR EACH BOX. I had a clipboard with all 4 box packing slips. Kept it by the wood in the garage and I kept all 4 boxes separated. Makes finding what you need a breeze. 6.I definitely recommend buying some sort of bin or shelving to properly label each bolt. Take the time and do this. There are probably 50-70 different screws, nuts, washers, etc. Just take the time and do it. Label them so they are easy to find what you need. I would have been pulling my hair out because even with this. There was 1 extra of each size bolt, so keep it organized until the end or you will be scrambling trying to find that 5/16"x2" carriage bolt that disappeared. Wood feels a little on the cheap side, but time will tell. All in all, my kids are loving it. It looks great, most of the install was pretty easy. Motion Sensor lights for night is a nice touch. Just be prepared to improvise as you go because there will be issues with pieces fitting where are supposed to go, the pilot holes being improperly drilled, and other issues. Hopefully this gives my kids enjoyment for years to come.

The kids love it. The swings are a great quality, the chains have a thick paint which makes them smooth and easy on their hands. The rope seat is wide and is perfect for the little one. The lookout let's them see all over the neighborhood. It takes up a lot of backyard, but converts it into a fun play space

There were many styles to choose from but felt this was right for our grand child. Ordering was easy and was shipped in a timely manner. There were 2 boards that we damaged and a package of hardware missing. We called the 800 number provided and issue was resolved. Parts were ordered and came the next week. There is a packing list for each of the 4 boxes and everything should have a number stamped on it to coincide with the packing list. Many of the numbers didn't show up well on the pieces that were stained but there are pictures in the manual with dimensions to compare. The one problem we did have was the shipping once it got to where we live. It sat at Yellow Trucking for a week before a third party trucking company delivered it to us. The third party trucking company was not very professional when we called and tried to get info for the delivery. This wasn't on Sam's Club though but the company where the swing set came from. It's not all together yet but so far so good.

The delivery was thrown on my lawn broken boxes wood everywhere. The swing set wood was split and two boards missing for the picnic table.

Most parts were in good condition but many boards were warped and one broken in the box. Took a long time to assemble but seems pretty sturdy and my kids love it! It's a nice, big swingset that I hope will last for many many years.

bought it and it took me three days to build. directions were good but I would have liked more detail as some pieces had to be taken down and re installed later when discovered it needed to be turned over or moved. overall the directions were good.

Arrived sooner than expected delivery date. All parts were there and in perfect condition. It took three of us three days to complete. The app really helps. We are not very handy, so I think anyone can do this if you are organized and resourceful.

This playground is beautiful when fully together. The biggest reason for only 2 stars is so many pieces of the wood had huge cracks and we had to wood glue them together and wait to continue building. At least 20 different pieces we had to glue.

Shipped fast, arrived in 4 boxes that fit in my pickup truck bed, each box was heavy even for 2 men. Took a while to put together (about 22 hours and I'm good with a drill), but was not hard to do - only a few tasks require 2 people. Lots of similar parts and bolts, so you have to pay very close attention. One page of the instructions was in Spanish and is the same way online, so that was fun. Impressed by the size and quality. Came with all the tools needed minus 2 drill bits and wrench sizes you need - as states in instructions. Very happy with the purchase and price so far.
