The instruction book first half didn't list part numbers which was not fun but the second half did. I had two pages that were in all Spanish. One board I received was rotted to where I could push my finger through it so I had to make my own board. The boxes showed with some minor damage to some of the wood where a fork lift got poked through the box. The driver annotated it but no one ever contacted me about it. We shall see how it lasts the boards are really soft but so far it has held up well and the kids do like it.

The kids love it. The swings are a great quality, the chains have a thick paint which makes them smooth and easy on their hands. The rope seat is wide and is perfect for the little one. The lookout let's them see all over the neighborhood. It takes up a lot of backyard, but converts it into a fun play space

I purchased this as an upgrade for my eight grandchildren. I would give it 5 stars, but many of the pieces were illegible or completely unmarked. If not for the piece description in the instructions, it would have been impossible to put together. We opened all the boxes and put the pieces in alphabetical and then numerical order... took over half the day since we had to figure out, measure, and hand write about a third of the pieces. Once that was done, putting it together was a breeze. We had one person pulling pieces, screws, and bolts for each step, and two people putting it together. Actually putting it together took about 7 hours and all the pieces fit perfectly. I did purchase better lights because the ones we got didn't really light up the playground well. All in all, my grandkids love it, from ages 2-8.

Wow, a chore to build, but was fun. Took two weekends, but instructions were good, and hole patterns were about 95% right. Only had to correctly drill just a few. Their bolts are good, safely designed to set, lock and be safe.. no sharp edges etc. Slide is working well so far, but doesn't seem as durable as one piece slide of others. This slide is a flat, smooth plastic that is formed and sides screwed together with plastic pipes.

I purchased this to give my child and guests an additional entertainment feature to go with our pool. There is plenty of fun to be had on this unit. Easily, it can entertain 6 children. I assembled it myself in about a total of 15 hours without any additional help. It arrived in prompt and accurate form. Directions were clear. All parts were there. All in all a nice unit.

It's a tall swing set, don't get me wrong it's awesome and the kids will be able to grow into it but it's super tall. It's took my husband 2 1/2 days with his “helpers” a 5 year old and a 1.5 year old. Wood was in decent shape, slide was interesting to put together, he needed me to help during that part. Kid's are really enjoying it

We got this for our grandchildren. We went into it knowing it would be a LOT of work putting it together. But we had time so we got it. It did take a lot of time to assemble (days) but it was so worth it. It is very well constructed and is a solid piece of equipment. Our grandkids adore it!

Just started putting this together this weekend and thus far the biggest issue is that a lot of the lumber is either not marked or unreadable and creates a lot of water time and frustration. Other than that it's great they send extra hardware because we have had a few defective parts. The instructions could be printed more clearly because the detail on certain pieces need pointed out more clearly. Pay very close attention to where all holes are located and which direction they need to face.

Amazing. My 2 year old loves it and has many years to grow and use it at it's full potential. It took my husband and 2 guys to get it done within 13 hours. One guy read the directions and sorted bolts and nuts used for steps while the other two guys actually built it. I can see where it would take one person 20+ hours alone. Before my husband called for back up, it's took him 2 hours on just the slide and steps.

Finished Building this yesterday. I did it 100% by myself (no helper or assistance) and took about 30 hours plus I spent 3 sorting, labeling for ease later. Made all the difference in the world. I had a bunch of bins that I labeled and organized with each nut, bolt, screw, etc and this was the biggest time saver. Couple things to note if you are considering purchasing this set. I am in construction and had access to a few extra tools that would have made this job close to impossible without. 1. I had to retap a lot of the nut barrels as the threads on a lot of hardware are stripped and ruined out of the box. 2. You will want a saw of some sort as some pieces are too long to fit in the designated areas. 3. A lot of the pre-drilled holes are not where they are marked according to the drawings. Be prepared to drill pilot holes for yourself. 4. I have plenty of experience with prints, and these are somewhat lacking. Some page. Some pages are in spanish, some pages there are addendums so make sure you know where those are when you get to those page. 5. KEEP THE PACKING SLIP FOR EACH BOX. I had a clipboard with all 4 box packing slips. Kept it by the wood in the garage and I kept all 4 boxes separated. Makes finding what you need a breeze. 6.I definitely recommend buying some sort of bin or shelving to properly label each bolt. Take the time and do this. There are probably 50-70 different screws, nuts, washers, etc. Just take the time and do it. Label them so they are easy to find what you need. I would have been pulling my hair out because even with this. There was 1 extra of each size bolt, so keep it organized until the end or you will be scrambling trying to find that 5/16"x2" carriage bolt that disappeared. Wood feels a little on the cheap side, but time will tell. All in all, my kids are loving it. It looks great, most of the install was pretty easy. Motion Sensor lights for night is a nice touch. Just be prepared to improvise as you go because there will be issues with pieces fitting where are supposed to go, the pilot holes being improperly drilled, and other issues. Hopefully this gives my kids enjoyment for years to come.
